Join us on Sunday, April 30, 2023 for the 2nd Annual Child Advocacy Center at BestSelf 5K! The race will take place in Delaware Park.
REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUPOnline registration will remain open right up until the start of the race. Race day registration (packet pickup) will be between 7:30am - 8:45am at the Parkside Lodge. The race start time is 9am!

Virtual Registration Option (includes mailing of medal)Can't make the race... Participate virtually! Simply sign up for the 5K Virtual Race before it sells out. You choose the location and time to get out on your own and run/walk your 5K any time in the months of April or May. Feel free to use the FREE IYR Virtual App to track and score your run. You will also be able to manually enter your finish time directly to the IYR Results Page any time during the months of April/May. We'll automatically mail out your finisher medal about a week after the race.
POST RACE CELEBRATION
Join us after the race in the Parkside Lodge in Delaware Park for a complimentary beer from Resurgence Brewing Company (21 years or older only) and a Paula's "Cookie Monster" Donut.
START/FINISHThe race will start on Meadow Drive (aka: Ring Road) near the Buffalo Zoo parking lot and finishes at the south edge of the park near the Indian Hunter Statue. PARKINGPlenty of street parking is available. Pets and strollers are not permitted. AWARDSTrophies will be presented to the overall male and female finishers at the post race celebration in the Parkside Lodge. All participants will receive a finisher medal. CANCELLATION POLICYThere will be no refunds. In the event of foul weather, public safety concerns, or for any other reason deemed necessary by race organizers (ex: state of emergency, etc), we reserve the right to postpone/reschedule the event at our discretion or offer a virtual alternative if necessary. TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICESProfessional timing & finish line services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Race Management Solutions. Results are updated throughout the race in real time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line using any one of the following options:
